Are you talking about the link that is automatically generated and sent to Facebook during the upload process to the FAA site? If so, then yes that link goes to your gallery on the fineartamerica(dot)com site.
If you want to have links that go to your personal Artist Website, you need to create that link yourself and put it in your Facebook wall.
