Not A Premium Member Yet, But I Have An Artistwebsites.com Page

I've only recently joined FAA, and I thought only premium members got a personal site on artistwebsites.com. But just out of curiosity I typed in james-toy.artistwebsites.com and there I was. I even tried it not signed in, and still got it. I don't have any access to the customization controls, but otherwise it seems to function as if I were a premium member. Odd.
