Login Screen Shows "anouncement - Image Problem"

I logged in yesterday to find this as my first screen. I have no way to respond, no sales in my statistics and no email address to follow up with... Not sure how to go forward... I emailed "Orders@FineArtAmerica.com" because that's what the comment form said to do... Anyone know what to do here?

Unfortunately, there is a problem with your image that will prevent us from making a high-quality print:

1. The image is very blurry when viewed at full resolution.

You need to reshoot the image using a high-resolution camera (12 megapixels) and tripod in outdoor lighting. Please note - camera phones, iphones, ipads, and similar devices are not suitable for producing high-quality prints. You need use a true digital camera with zoom and focus controls.

Please correct the problem and upload a new image to FineArtAmerica.com as soon as possible. You'll need to replace your existing image (http://fineartamerica.com/featured/sunrise-on-the-comox-glacier-morgan-ralston.html) with your new image.

We promise our buyers that all orders will ship within 48 hours, and we need to get this image corrected as soon as possible. Please let me know as soon as you've uploaded the new image. I have the order on hold until I hear back from you.

You aren't the first who has received this message..it must be a glitch...try signing out and signing back in...should take care of the problem.

I've logged in and out a number of times and it's still there. No one has responded to my email as per usual, and I struggled for hours yesterday trying to retake the image for that print...

if you made it, uploaded it, and sent customer service an email with the order number - it may already be out and there is lag. you should have gotten an email from them as well, check your spam box. and if you have other images that are like that, fix those too. in general you either wont' get a reply, or they will make you wait like forever. or you will, and it will either be delayed on their side or shredded by your system.

It must be a system bug, Mike. I don't have a sale showing in my statistics and I didn't receive an email with an order number. I just have this message showing each time I log in.

unless the bug is - the sales aren't showing.... hmmmm... i know i haven't gotten a sale in a while. but i doubt that's it. did you check your balance? if it was canceled they would remove it from the picture version but show it was canceled. sometimes i didn't get their mail until the third try and by then they are screaming - through email, but you can tell.

No sale, but the issue appears to have been fixed... and of course there was no response to my email... I'm under the impression that my image was posted to the front page featured section and that caused the issue... I've fixed the image but I'm wondering how many more of my images I'll have to fix.
