Can't make it out at this size but have you checked with any of the galleries on the little main square in Roswell? A better chance one of them would recall the artist if you took it in to show them.
On the off chance the artist is on this site, you can also look through the artist directory:
http://fineartamerica.com/artistdirectory.html - if you put in your location as Roswell or Alpharetta, it will show you artists near those places. Considering how close they are, probably you'd stand as good a chance using either location.
