Fine Art Mark Up?

How much of a Mark Up does Fine Art put on each sale?

it depends on the materials and how much you charge. it's like $5 up to $50 (your profit) and 10% after that. but it varies on each size, material, etc.

What is the 10% about Mike?

I thought the FAA markup was set in the base price. If I log in to my own account and buy my own work, is the price they are asking from members not the base price?

There used to be a chart on the CREATE tab, that had all the pricing listed out by size and material but that is gone now.

Go to your image and click on it, Natalia. When it lines the prices out, click on "Show Price Details" under "Total" and it will tell you there. Of course, Mike's answer is right, too -- it varies on each.

that's as far as i know, they tack on an extra amount for themselves of your profit. i'm pretty sure that's right. but if i'm not then whatever. if you buy your own, you don't pay for any markups.

You actually DO pay the $5 or 10% if you buy your own works. This was discussed in the past week, it ahould show up with the forum search.
