Wow great video Abbie. I notice that some people run the opposite way...perhaps it is a fight or flight gene that makes us react a certain way. I have never been tested in this way...actually hope it never comes up...but as a mom I think the fight response might be more natural....but who knows.

I don't know either. I was on a railroad track once when train (going only about 4 mph) hit the semi truck trailer next to me and it was pushing the truck toward my car. I was frozen. Fortunately, the train was going so slowly, it only pushed the truck about a couple of feet and there were still two feet between the truck trailer and my car when it stopped, but I couldn't get myself to back off the tracks until everything stopped......not a good sign.

Wow, some of those gave me chills. I like to think I'd help. Unless it involved heights, probably, because I'm kind of afraid of them. But I guess you never know until something happens.

I got very nervous watching that video. I'm glad that there are people in this world that are still willing to help a stranger. I know that I would want to help if faced with a situation like those, but I don't know if I'd get all frazzled and just freeze. Hope I never have to find out.
