Although, on the homepage, I would change the colour of the font for the list under AWARDS/ EXHIBITION. There are two items of the list that I struggle to read and those are:

- Various national exhibitions (Germany)
and
- Hundreds sold reproductions

The text at the top of the list is fine as its grey colour is against a light coloured background. But as the background gets darker towards the bottom, the text becomes harder to read. Maybe you could change it to the same creamy colour of the text above which reads: AWARDS/ EXHIBITION

Yes change your fonts to be brighter and in contrast with the background. Other wise it looks great

Except for the above mentioned text issues I like the site. Only comment that I will make is the link titled "exhibits". When I clicked that it took me a few seconds to figure out what I was looking at. Once I realized that the thin vertical bars were links then I was confused because I interpreted the word exhibits that each of those vertical bars would be taking me to gallery with a specific topic or style of art, but each one only led to one image. "I" would have chose the word gallery instead of the word exhibits on the home page. But then what those vertical bars on the "exhibits" page are are really thumbnails for all of your images. Why not use traditional thumbnails? Except for the fact they would be "traditional" and I can see the value of a non-traditional approach as well.

Franziskus, your "About" page has almost exactly the same contents as the "Home" page. You might consider either eliminating the "About" page for now, or developing some new content that is different for it. If you would like to type up an English draft paragraph describing your work and your artistic voyage, I'd be happy to do a final edit on it for grammar and style. Then you could post it as a true "About" page. My email address is available on my page if that's something you'd like to do. -Mark

Franziskus, I think your site looks great. I am curious, with the Free Wix tool, how easy was it to create the site? Also, I see links out to FAA and other sites, does Wix have e-commerce capabilities for their websites?

Hello Franziskus, the vertical gallery slices are interesting. I would suggest though for the displaying of art piece titles, to make is so that there's padding around each of the title. Some titles are being clipped. I would make the title frames pop out possibly, following a similar style of the website. Currently the white boxed backgrounds are a bit of a distraction.

Gary,all there is to features on my website is free. The tool is awesome. Within half an hour you have understood the principle. It's totally flexible and incredibly creative. I'm excited. In the past I have spent many hundreds of euros for experts and the result was only half as good. What do I get from WIX for the free advertising? Was a joke
