I've been a night owl for decades. On my last job of 10 years I gradually worked my way to where I'd stay up as early as 4 am, sleep 4 hours and be at work by 9 am. I could do that maybe 4 or 5 times during the week with no apparent ill effects no apparent ill effects no apparent ill effects no app-- .
Seriously, I usually do computer stuff from about 10 pm until 1 or so, then practice bass guitar through headphones while my girlfriend sleeps a few feet away. Everybody's happy.
