I have just joined FAA and need to publish my website here... how do I do that?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Harold,

I am pleased to meet a fellow Famous Artists course alumnus. Visited your portfolio and I'm very impressed with the quality and scope of your work! Your jungle cats have a Frank Frazetta aura (that's a compliment to Frank).

Thanks for expressing an interest in my work. I plan to begin posting very soon.

All the best,

Clif

Search is for finding art using keywords people have placed on the art page at upload.

So if you wish for the words in your name to be found, they need to be added to the images keywords.

Artists are found using the search for Artists in the Artist Directory http://fineartamerica.com/artistdirectory.html but only if they have a profile image attached to their account

There are five reasons images are not found in search

The keywords do not contain the actual word being searched for (including a name which should be searched for in the artists directory, not the art search)
The keywords have not been on the site for over 24 hours
The images have a safe filter on
The images are in password protected galleries
They are past the end page we show for any one search, which is 200

If iPhones on Pixels, you need to make sure they all have prices or they will not be for sale and will not show

If looking for yourself in the Artists Directory, you need to have had a profile image up for 24 hours or longer

I'm new and posted my first piece of art about a month ago to see how FAA worked. At the time I think I marked it as private, but now I want to open my full store and I can't figure out how to get the images to show up in a FAA search.

I'm getting views, 6 and 7 yesterday from my premium website account, but can't find either my name or name of my art on the main FAA site.

Help!!

Hiya Clif,

Can't wait till you post your art. I took the "12 Famous Artists Course" too way back in the 1950s.

Thanks for your input, Leah. I used Weebly to build my site and I'm very impressed with their tools and user interface. I am liking FAA more each day also. :-)

I use FAA as my main website which I have put up most of my portfolio here in the galleries. I used to have a different website but FAA is easier to put photo's on and manage and many other pluses.

Add your own website link under Contact Information

To have the FAA site found on search takes up to 24 hours

I'll do that -- thanks, Brian.

You also have an FAA Blog which you can post a link to your website.

If I understand your question correctly, you want your personal website to show up in your gallery pages? If that's what you're asking you can't do that. You post individual images like the one you have posted. You can provide a link to a website on your bio.
