A Work In Progress - Aztec Mask

A WORK IN PROGRESS
TITLE:AZTEC MASK
SIZE : 2ft.x1.5ft. stand not yet included.
DESCRIPTION: All handmade papier mache artwork. This piece is still a work in progress.This is for a mask collector client, who asked specially for the detailed design of the mask to be followed. Still in the drying stage and waiting for smoothing and painting .Despite of it still a work in progress, just excited to share/show this piece to you guys.

A "Vorovondo" Aztec Mask. This certain mask was believed to bring good fortune and luck to the owner.It can be seen on Aztec temples and in the houses of the priviledged. Thus for the myth of the said mask.

Thanks Vi, always appreciate your comments and accolades you give, most appreciated. The client for this commissioned work is most demanding. I had to specifically follow the details he required to the work. And when he saw the work in progress artpiece he was so excited. hehehe. Another satisfied customer Vi.
