Facebook App Help?!

hi. i'm new. started a FB page, enabled the FAA FB apps, but when I click the SHOP button it goes to a page that only has a number on it. No shop. The number is:

what to do? thanks for any help and advice.

Hi Jim, if you can post your FB page we could look at this perhaps and see if we can see anything obvious :)

carole: do you mean on Facebook you see everything? and Abbie yes I got your reply, so quick! thanks for that but i wrote you back, now when i click ''enable'' it just goes back to ''enable this app'' it is not doing anything now.

I had the same problem with numbers appearing on my FB page when the FAA icon is clicked.
Abbie sorted the problem out...but you have to open a Tech Support ticket to get Abbie to sort this out for each of you.

Hope this I got the same problem sorted out within a day after I asked for help via the Tech Suppport ticket.
