I'll take the rocky road to go, please ;-)

Help yourself Mary!

I need to get a new donut to shoot! They are so fun! :)

Now there is a day I can get behind....

My son lives in New Hampshire. It's absolutely true there is a Dunkin Donuts on every corner in New England. There's a freeway entrance in Nashua that has a Dunkin Donuts on each side of the freeway so you can hit it from either exit/entrance ramp.

We use to have a lot of Dunkins around here then they were all gone. We may have one new one.

But Krispy Kreme is what we have now and not many of those. Now if you want BBQ...In KCMO

toss a stick and you will hit one...smells go good to drive over in the old Jazz district! Yummy!

They need to bottle the scent of that stuff to spray! I love that smell!

Somehow I missed your post JC. You like donuts? :)

Krispie Kreme came in here but quickly closed down. They didn't stand a chance in Massachusetts. We are Dunkin's people. I did try one of their donuts. I didn't like them.

No photos of donuts, but I did get myself a coffee roll at Dunkin's a few days ago.

Yeah, Janice, I agree about the Krispie Kreme waaaaay too sweet and greasy. Give me a good ole' Dunkin Donuts doughnut any day.

Our local IGA makes a decent doughnut - but I can't eat them now anyway...

Is this a joke? I just bought a double dozen for my son's class? They didn't even mention it. Yes they were Krispy Kreme. Was even thinking of if one day I could sneak in there behind the lines because they were rolling right out of the grease "HOT" and get some photos up close.

Krispy Kreme, which has a suburban Chicago location in Elk Grove Village, will be giving away a free doughnut of any variety to every customer at participating locations, while supplies last. Yep you were right. The poor girl that served me through the drive through was stressed as they were short handed so I won't complain too much.

They make them all dya don't they... how can they run out? I guess they had a set amount then stop.

Sorry about that Craig. It did say that anyone that lived in CT did not get the free ones...not sure why.

OK there is an awsome donut place one town away from me called Poppy's they are yummy! They

have the chocolate fuff icing filled ones that tastes as good if not better than Duncan. I htink they are a

little mom and pop place. I ahve not been there is forever but boy were they good!
