Other Good Places To Advertise Besides Twitter And Facebook, Google Plus Etc?

Where else are my fellow artists advertising to obtain business?

it's not a matter of where, it's who. many think that all they have to do is post on twitter and people will see it. but if they have no followers, not many will see it. make a blog, upload to another site, etc, anywhere people can see you. be sure to add descriptions to your work - because thats a form of advertising too.

Pinterest is a good outlet if you learn how to leverage it.
