Always love the drama of colorplay, light & movement...one of my early works in oils (circa '85)

I was born in the Shetland Islands and still live there so really love the sea in all its forms. We have many gales throughout the year resulting in fairly large waves. Here's an image I took quite recently. I hope you like it.

Phyllis, here is one of mine. I live by the sea so I most likely have more, but this is the first one that came to mind. I happened by this scene along a beach walk in the southern part of town.

I love the beach. It seems to recharge me. Haven't been in quite awhile and I'm feeling the draw again. Must go soon. Here are a few from Holden Beach, NC, Ponte Vedra FL, Hatteras Island in OBX.

Ahhh, I so miss the ocean. Need to visit it again soon.
