Has The Size Limit Changed?

I just posted an image this is 30.6 megabytes. I figured it wouldn't upload but I tried it anyway because I have successfully uploaded some that were a little over the limit. Is there a new limit?

I don't know but be careful. Several months ago I did an upload that was too big. Upon inspection it looked "crunchy".
