I have not sold any originals via FAA yet. I just started on a sight called daily paintworks. It's $12.95/month. You can sell through PayPal there or through eBay or by email and put hyperlinks to FAA for prints. Sold one there so far for $40.00. That covers me for three months there. It's for painters. I sell enough prints here at FAA to pay for both sites.

You can also build a website for just your original artwork through wix.com for free and add the free buy it now button to your free PayPal account with links back to your FAA website on that end for print purchases. A hyperlink on your FAA sight in your bio or gallery description would link straight to it. I'm still working on mine so I don't have a link to show it to you.
It would be so cool to be able to link my originals to my safe and secure PayPal account from FAA. You know, where the note says that FAA doesn't provide this service at this time...Great spot for a link and could be for the artwork that is on that page. Don't think it would be that difficult to provide that as an option for us all. FAA could even charge a small fee for providing that service. Then, FAA would be, at least for me, a one-stop-shop in the true sense of the word. Both buyer and seller would be free of the worry of any given sale.
There has been many threads about how unsure an artist is about a particular request for an original piece of art. A 'buy it now' button or hyperlink option would be awesome to have here for each original that an artist wants to sell.
[I think I put this thought on the requests thread, Beth...I mean Abbie. :-) ]
