I love painting birds. Here are some of mine

It's not the photograph that's important...It's the actual 3 dimension interpretation of a Turkey Vulture made from a crab claw and a mussel shell that I'm presenting, that matters.

Ah, a few of my favorites: I like Ravens and Red Tailed Hawks.

But the view of your birds are all really nice shots and work. thank you. rd

Obvious a hot-button topic for me, but I only selected one image for each species, and left out things like a condor, a GBH, whooping crane,and some other species that are not to the highest level. But then again there's the chicken, so you never know... And a female broadbill in the Happy Feet image.

I used to do pretty good in NC selling watercolors. Did shows in Rockymount, Kinston, Goldsboro and Jacksonville. Was in a gallery out near Moorehead City.

Here the birds re the century - you'll probably need to look at a larger version to appreciate the number of birds.
