Creating Web Site

I am brand new to Fine Art America, and I have my own website address, no website yet, and I want to use my address for my Fine Art America website. I saw the URL address to put in your website, but what do you do when you do not have a website yet?

you would forward the domain to this place http://www.MikeSavad.com that goes to my art site, i think this is what you want. each isp has their own setting to forward it over.
