So. California is where I was raised from age five, after my family moved from Wisconsin. Through the career years I job hopped between northern and southern areas of the state. The career took to Reno, Nevada for five years, and then came the decision to head for Oregon.
My career years ended with retirement in Portland, where I worked as an artist for the Oregonian. Eight years in Beaverton, west of Portland, and then the move to Salem for about two years. From there, came the move to so. Oregon, and I love it most because you can head out, hit the road, go about 50 miles in any direction to find yourself in the midst of awesome beauty. It stirs the both the artist and photographer in me with endless inspiration.
