First Semi Nude Self-portrait

I did some shots with myself as my own model and I actually like the results. But I am not sure if I have or not to mark as safe work or not.
To me looks like safe work but I don't know if it may annoy somebody...

Your color choices are excellent. I thought you've done them tastefully as well. I agree with Patricia, you could convert them to black & white photos. Give that a try and see what you like best. Maybe it will be more dramatic!

Marcio, the colors are not wrong, at all, in my opinion. The pose with green is my favorite, and I like the brown background. These would be good in black and white, but your color choices here are very nicely done!

In classical art expressionless is just fine, because it is an ideal, not a specific. Frankly I prefer my nudes generic of face - I don't want to know who it was nude, it takes away imho'; I think that's when you start getting into the porn zone - just the celebration of the beauty of the body, like the ancient Greeks did.

Thank you Janine.

Michael,
I didn't think actually about periods or costumes. I just played with body shape and expression and I had theses textiles to play with.

Otil,
I think I know what you mean. I didn't want give the character a personality or something like it. It was pure body movements and expression. That's why I don't have even lights on the face but I use the lights to focus on the body.
I am not good with face expression.

What I may be have done wrong is the colours. In black and white it would be less comercial looking and have more artistic looking. But I couldn't resist play with the colours.

Thank you for you observation Otil. I actually will think about it next time.

Marcio this is just my opinion and how I see your photo.
When I look at an artistic photo may it be nude or semi nude.
I look first at the face of the model. To see her/his expression
What that pose would evoke would depend on the expression of the models face.
But in your photo, you have covered your face, and hair and I mean hair overcame the whole photo.
Please forgive me, but whatever medium we use as an artist, what we create or photograph should translate something to the viewer.
It should move the viewer. And on this case all I see is an emotionless shot of a man with a piece of cloth. As if the model was just coming out of the bathroom.
Again this is just my honest opinion Marcio. But the image is still safe and still not on the pornographic.

I think it is very classy, looks biblical, roman?

Nice work Marcio. I don't believe it would require the filters, but I am not versed in the rules.
I don't think it is offensive - because it is not full frontal.
I think you found the answer to your model situation.
