I will be doing a follow up Video... My Local Ace Hardware man Carl has told me that he would do the music for the video...They are having a grand opening in March and he wants me to bring Jeeves, Abigail and This sculpture to display for the weekend.

But i think, she will look at you and sometimes, you don't know, how things could going on, she will be there and help you.

If it's an issue with your art, or something personal - she will ever be with you.

A wonderful tribute to a sorrowful loss.

Dan this came out wonderfully with all the work you have done. The ash field, lava and volcano is a great added touch to the outstanding work you have done with the flamed wings. The candles and incense are also another great addition to the final piece.

Roger, It's easier to grow and learn among the support of these Great Artists on FAA.

The truth is, I would never have tried to tackle making an Eagles head from a piece of Pipe unless I had the help to overcome the obstacle of thinking I couldn't do it, with just heat, a pair of Pliers and a small vise...No anvil.

It's the encouragement of all of you that makes me push on toward the accomplishment.

And the inspiration of the story of the Phoenix rising out of the ashes is a life lesson. We can all do what we think we can't, It we just try

I am dying to light the candles... Look for a video with the candles lit and incense burning...coming as soon as I can get it together.

That's amazing Dan. Until I saw the work in progress I didn't realize how heavy and solid the sculpture must be. I thought the wings were made from aluminum. That would make a beautiful centerpiece. Thanks for honoring Jessica's memory with us.

Debra, The whole piece weighs in at 34 Lbs. Not really that heavy, but thank God it comes apart in three pieces for moving. The Head, Wing piece, and the stand separate. I like to be sure that anyone who may decide to purchase any one of my sculptures will never have to worry about breakage...Just don't drop one on a tile floor...LOL
