Free Membership Or Premium Membership...that Is The Question

Hello Fellow Members,
I am new to FAA and am wondering if it is worth it to get the $30 membership now or wait until later. I only have 10 images uploaded at the moment and know that I can display up to 25. I have a feeling the general concensus will be to wait until I have more images uploaded or I make enough sales to cover the $30 cost. What do you think? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Diane and Mo. It makes perfect sense to go with the Premium membership.

Everybody,
Thanks for the info. As or right now, I only have 10 images that I want to put on. That will build with time. Like mentioned, $30 is VERY affordable and it would be silly not to do it. I like the idea of having my own website to promote my pictures.
Happy Super Bowl Sunday! (even though I'm not a football fan) :)

premium.. heck just for the commission you make on the frames you sell on your sales.. a few of those pays for it by itself.. that and regular only allows you about 25 pieces to submit I think.

The main thing is that you get your own "private" website which you can market to customers. When you refer them there, they only see your images, not all the other competition. But it shouldn't be hard to earn at least enough in sales to pay for the premium membership. Plus, as time goes on, it should accumulate more value for you.

if you know you have more work it pays just to upload everything. its pretty easy to get the $30 back. every business has some risk and some spending, this is a small amount of spending.

Ditto what Roy said. & then you can link it to your own Facebook fan page with a shopping cart.. Can't beat that huh ?

Premium - it gives you your own website to direct people - and I think you will not find a better deal anywhere on the internet. You do need more than 10 images - maybe - but there is at least one person on here that has less and has sold two images in the last week, if not couple of days. It is all about self promotion - and I'm lousy at it - the only reason I can see that I haven't sold but two images in two years.
