Thank you, Lin. l always choose a window seat when I fly, for obvious reasons. This scene grabbed my attention on the trip from Prague to London last June because of the deep blue of the cloudless sky above and the flat unbroken layer of cloud cover below. And fortunately the plane's window was clean. Glad you find the image intriguing.
I am choosing Jenny Rainbow's "Winter Painting VI Aquarel by Nature". To me it demonstrates that what most people would consider the least appealing of nature's wonders are worth a second look, for they are exquisite in their simplicity of design and, though lacking in flashy color, are lovely. Jenny understands this!
