Trouble Logging In

I receive various e-mails from FAA from different administrators from different groups........when I click on to them it brings me to a blank page with a line that say: "If you cannot view this page click here"...........Then it brings me to FAA log in page. I put in my password and it would not work I tried a few more times and even checked to see if I was using the right password......So I requested a new password. Put that in and it did not work.....I e-mailed techical support before 7 a.m. central time and still have not heard a word. Thought I would try it again ...clicked on to another Group administrators e-mail and it brought me right into FAA......I thought someone was "fishing".......

Does anyone have a clue why this happened???? It's a pain in the butt!!

Thank you for reading and for your reply.......If I log out of here I don't know if I can get back in........I'll let you know if I can..

Please let me know what causes this problem...

I don't know.

The last couple nights a bit after midnight I couldn't log in.

Same thing happened to me this morning, on my Apple laptop with Safari and on my pc with Win 7 and IE.

I was out for a few hours to see the Dead Sea Scrolls at our local museum and when I came home a short while ago the login with my new pw worked fine. Don't know what happened and just assumed it was now fixed.

I couldn't log in today today either.

Also, has anybody else had trouble with their credit card number being stolen?

Did FAA get hacked?

I have had it blocked but if my renewal comes up it won't go through.

Credit card? No...never. I've been here a few years.

If you have problems with you card it's not from here.

You should put in different information so your account will be able to renew.

No problem with credit card...I logged out and was able to change my password.....looks like I'm in business again.......

I have just got on after being unable to log in for the last 24 hours..it is a pain though because I have to reset my PW again to access my artwork :(

I couldnt log on very early this morning, I checked "who's online" and no one was :-) So I supposed that Sean had chosen that early
hour in the morning to do some more improvement work to the site, no problems logging in this morning.

I couldn't logon this morning for about 30 minutes or more. Sent an email to support - still haven't received a response - to see if there were issues. Obviously all is OK now.

Just an update from my end - it has been over 24hrs and I have still not received a response to yesterday's email to FAA Support. Great Customer Service...Yeah I can log on now but the issue here is responding to paying customers concerns. Hello!! Anybody home?

Bold Coast, there is a thread for reporting bugs, your answer lies there.

You may still recieve an email from tech support but can you imagine how many tickets they recieved concerning this issue?

Hope the bugs thread answers any questions you may have.
