I just checked, and my AW site is now up and running!

mine is down to ,I am sure FAA is working on it :)

Good :) but a post earlier in the thread would have been even better.
Elizabeth, when you say "we" does that mean you are a part of FAA or are you quoting from elsewhere

I just noticed something curious. The hi-res preview is working MUCH faster for me. Connected? Are the FAA main and AW sites on the same server, and when the AW sites are down the main is faster?

I'm new to FAA (3-4 weeks) and the thing that surprises me the most is the lack of any replies/comments on this forum from the FAA, do they normally ignore their customers in this way or is there another forum for site status messages.

Still down. I noticed it last night at midnight. Not good as I just started a sales event at my AW site through a press release, blog, FB, and some flyers at a couple of different places.

I noticed during the last two days an extremely high number of visitors from different Russian countries and wonder if there could be a possible reason for the downtime? Anyone else noticed it? Here's a list of my Russian visitors:

FAA main site is still up and working. It is just the artist web site. I have been marketing and working on the FAA main site all morning with no problems. It is a bummer but these things happen. It always sucks when you are advertising. Hang in there hopefully it will be back up soon. I know it slowed my work flow today.

Down and out since last night.

I'm wondering if any work should be done... uploading, editing, etc.

Mad face... just started a FB ad campaign as well just to experiment. Guess I'll stop that immediately.

Oops, just noticed yet another thread started at 1:12 AM. So as of this writing, it appears the AW websites have been down almost 9 hours.

My is down also. I was just getting ready to send a client the link when I noticed it. Bummer.

I just advertised on Facebook last night.....I really hate to think ppl are trying to view my images only to get an error message. I am almost sick over this.

Yes, mine is down, too. It's 9:50 as I write this. I see the first post is 8:45, so they've been down at least an hour now.

Edit: I just noticed another similar thread started by Judy Kay, and the time there was 7:12. So it's actually about 2 3/4 hours as of this writing.

Mine's down too. I was considering advertising on Facebook soon. I'd be really annoyed if I spend money advertising the link and then it is down.

It's interesting to note that the statistics page for artist websites is reporting that the top artist websites are receiving between 1 and 83 visits in the last 5 hours and most of the big sellers are missing from the tallies. That's notably lower than normal. Since last night I've been seeing a dropoff in views for my portfolio page as well.

This is killing us. How many people will be turned off by this today. I How many customers will we lose? This is happening way to much!

I just checked my website and it says the page cannot be displayed. I am like you Stuart......I was on it last night and it was fine. I am not sure whats going on
