I resolved my initial questions so I'm editing this discussion to make it a request for people to take a look at my new fan page and LIKE it if you are so inclined (according to FB I need 30 LIKES to access my activity data).

Sheena Wonderful comments like yours are always appreciated, especially when coming from someone with your skills. I agree with your other comment about watermarks too. All the images I've uploaded to FB so far are only 640x960px and have a watermark.

Is a facebook page completely separate from a personal page, and, can you create more than one facebook pages?

You're allowed only to have one private profile page, now called timeline. In addition to this one profile page, you can have as many fan pages you want and you can open as many groups as you want as well.
To keep the different sites on Facebook separate, your profile page needs to connect with friends through friends requests, while a group or fan page only need people to LIKE your page, no friend requests etc needed. If people like your page, all they need to do is to click on the like button :o)

Well, I think I'm one of the current 5 who have Liked your page, Lynn. Not sure, as FB just baffles the heck out of me. On other folks pages I've [sometimes] seen a "Likes" list, but not seeing one on yours.

Most of the time it baffles me too Greg. I went ahead and LIKED your page but sadly you are not one of the five that has liked my fan page. When you get a chance, give it another try. FYI- my fan page is called Restless Light Photography while my regular FB page is Lynn Palmer.

Clicked on the big "thumbs up" Like button at the link you posted, but don't see any changes from the original 5 that are there.

I can help out a little with this Facebook stuff if you like.
To be able to appear on someones fan page, you must act as your page before you LIKE another page.
Go to your fan page and make sure you have scrolled all the way up, so you can see the following tabs:
Admin Panel - Edit Page - Build Audience - Help & Hide.
Go to: EDIT PAGE. At the bottom of the menu you will see: Use Facebook as..... and then the name of your fan page.
Click on this, and then go to the pages you want to connect to your fan page and LIKE them.
Remember, when you are finished to go back to EDIT PAGE and switch back to yourself.

Sonali and Greg, thank you both for trying but so far you aren't showing up as voted on the fan page. You are showing up on my Facebook page for Lynn Palmer but not on the Fan Page which is titled Restless Light Photography. I've voted for both of you so I hope it went through.

Dang, Lynn, I feel bad that I'm unable to accomplish this. I clicked on the Restless Light Photography page. I recently heard a song that has the words to the effect of "...I'm an analog guy in a digital world", and I think it was written for me, lol. I'll keep trying! :)

For those who have already "LIKED" my fan page, thank you.

However, I'm still trying to accumulate 30 likes on my fan page. This is proving to be a challenge so you have a chance, please check it out and "LIKE" it.

Or, if you prefer, go to you Facebook Home page, select the "Like Page" tab in the "Pages section" midway down the left margin of your page and search for Restless Light Photography. It pops right up in the search results. You will find the "LIKE" button on my fan page is located just below the bottom-right corner of my cover photos (the photo montage at the top of my page).

If you search for Lynn Palmer you will not find my fan page.
