Attention Check Your Tag Wording,,,,,,,

Michael, yours is a really interesting system of tag-wording, as in the following faa/search page for your tag...............and no wonder! Your tag is so unique!

Marie Laveau Framed Prints Photos ----------- of course, yours is the only image with this tag, so youve got the page to yourself... Lovely image, too. Do you really think visitors will enter that entire tag/keyword? I hope so, for your sake.





I'm glad you can find your work in search. For many of us, that is the goal too. I tried faa search term: "Sydney"..........knowing I've tagged many of mine the same.................the response:::::":::There are no images that matches the search term: Sydney"" - go figure !

Another thank you, I have some work to do! I do come up 8 for one image but it is an obscure word (squill) and only 8 results come up LOL! But now off to check tagging.

I searched for fishing boat because i had this image on here

6000 results, 21 by the same artist on first page, some titled fishing boat graveyard, but fishing boat not prominent in tags if at all,
Sunsets, greek islands, sailboats all came up in first few pages, with little or no prominent mention of fishing boat in the tags.
I gave up looking for my picture after 5 or 6 pages. Those were not new members , the sailboat is up almost 2 years, so that does not explain it.
Then I decided to search fishing boat ireland. I show up at 142 out of 162 , not bad i thought, bit of tweeking and i might improve but at 73 is this image
shows up
Fair enough fishing and boat are tags, but not together as in fishing boat, as I have as my second tag.
Now what could I possibly do to move ahead of that image by tweeking my tags?

This basically means once you have submitted all the info about your work and it is up on your site page, you go to the search tab and enter the word you used for your tags and see where it appears in the search results, if it is right at the end, you try to change the wording to move it closer to the front

Ok this might sound silly , what exactly are you talking about, after tagging , you check the location?
