The Shop Button On My Facebook Page Does Not Work

Ok beth, I love you!!, I got it to work!!

I did what you said and now I can`t get it to come back.

You could try restarting it which can work

Please go to your FACEBOOK fan page the app is on now and EDIT PAGE
Click UPDATE INFO and go to APPS (left hand menu)
Delete FINEARTAMERICA App

Come to FINEARTAMERICA and BEHIND THE SCENES | FACEBOOK APPLICATION
Make sure your left hand side is enabled (profile) then the right (left MUST be enabled to keep the right working properly.

You should be all set again but, if you have no images showing, let me know

If you do not want the personal page to update, do NOT disable it but, instead, go to default settings and untick it there

Mine is not working either and has not for awhile. No matter what I try am not able to get it to work. i am using Debs Photo & Digital Creations as the name of the page. Does that matter Beth? I get confused with this....Deb

Okay, if the app is still on your fb page, send the link to the shop page could you? I'm not seeing the icon

I clicked on the link and the page is showing that I do not have the Facebook app enabled. I took it off earlier today but when I click on the FAA icon on my Facebook Community Page I am taken to a page that says there are no images that matches the search term all.

I went to the Behind the Scenes page and disabled my connection to Facebook but the FAA icon is still on my page that goes to a page that says there are no listings. Now I am really confused. Please help.

You have a community page. Unfortunately these do not work like business pages and so the app cannot be attached
