I worked for some time to capture this little creature and enjoyed every minute of it too! Dragonflies are so mysterious and so beautiful. I am sure they must have a lot to say... if I could just understand there language better.  

Well this makes the series complete. I would hang this in the middle, between Water Lily No 1 and Water Lily No 2. Just a thought! 

I thought it would be nice to have a series of Water Lily piece to hang as a Triptych. I enjoy them so much, hope you do too. 

Water Lilies are so intriguing aren't they. They draw my attention every time. I especially like the play of light on the petals and leaves, I simply can not get enough of wandering through them while Kayaking.  

This photo was taken at sunrise from a private location along the Betsy River in Michigan's beautiful "Up North" area. This is a prime fishing area, I go for the beauty. 

To me this looks so ethereal, like any moment you will see angels coming down form the heavens. I love the night sky and this was an exceptionally beautiful one.  

Dynamic shadows leading straight to the ocean give such a feeling of peace and calm. I could pull up a chair and sit here all day long.  

I Love the symbolism within this piece. The awesome strength of the post holding its ground in the delicate sand. 

Explosive energy causes a temporary state of bewilderment or confusion until we step back and see the beauty of its movement.

Part of the graffiti series, this painting says "Love-Peace-Happiness" and is full of color, texture and depth.  

This is a painting of a neighbors garden space in Bluefield, West Virginia. My son and I walked by it everyday while pushing my daughter in her stroller. 

This painting is a closeup view of the edge of the marsh at the Bay City State Park in Mid Michigan. I wanted it to have the feeling that you were sitting right in it.
