Like Winder River #1, this is actually outside of Dubois, WY on the Shoshone Indian Reservation just east of Grand Teton National Park.

Actually part of the Shoshone Indian Reservation, these rock formations are found near Dubois, Wyoming, just outside of the Grand Teton National Park. So to say they are part of a national park is fudging a bit.
