This whimsical painting tells many personal stories. Although it is called "After the Party", I hope that the viewers find their own interpretations about these 2 women. 

I feel like an observer in this picture, just watching the water in a very peaceful and intimate moment.  

I was looking up at a tree that appeared to be defending itself against the wind. It's battle needed to be acknowledged. 

This paining comes from the memory of the sound of the surf on the beach in the summer. It could be sunrise or sunset.
