We've had a few sunny days, but I wish it was summer. Here is my summer daydream. The North Umpqua river in Oregon  

Peeking through the last of the fall leaves.  

On a grey fall day this orchard seemed to glow.  

Another in my Tiny Landscapes series. This sweet little path leads across the footbridge to Susan Creek Falls in Oregon. A nice walk on a warm summer day.

These little lambs were basking in a winter morning sun just peeking through the mist.

The shadows deep and the water shallow on a lovely plein air painting day on Champage Creek in late summer.  

I was out taking reference photos the other day and came across this horse and rider about to cross this sweet little covered bridge. The horse was not at all sure it was a good idea and was dancing around while he thought about it. ... 

These guys had found themselves a nice cool spot to take a nap on a hot day last summer. Until I woke them up!
