I took the original image at the lot of a tire company using my DSLR. The old car wheels were haphazardly strewn in a refuse area, and the colors and shape repetition intrigued me. The colors here are the real deal. I enhanced the rust to give textu...

This is an old house in the former mining camp of Marysville, Montana. Left over from days of glory, it\'s one of several ruins still seen in the area, although the town is no longer a ghost town and has refurbished elements. I worked the image wit... 

Taken in the San Juan Straits off the Washington coast. 

This saber in scabbard on the horse/saddle was taken at Wild West Fest 2010, East Helena, Montana. A touch of digital work enhances the details. 

Although showing black and silver, this animal is considered a Red Fox. Some of the red is visible on the tail. This was taken near American Camp, San Juan Island, Washington. 

A montage of four images taken at the 2011 Montana Horse Roundup, Three Forks, Montana. The images were layered with different transparencies, and I used digital painting to refine it. 

Graphics dodging and enhancement was done to make the image pop. The border give an old-timey feel, even though this was taken on a contemporary working Montana ranch.
