This landscape painting was done from a photograph I took returning from Crested Butte Colorado. The river is the Taylor and the area is near the Taylor Reservoir. This landscape painting is framed in a dark wooden frame that compliments the art. 

This is my second landscape painting of the high mountain area of Crested Butte in Colorado. I visited the area in September of 2011 and took a lot of photographs. See my other painting of the area entitled "Falls at Crested Butte".
