While my professional activities require skills in computer graphic applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, QuarKXpress), my art interests outside the office are much more traditional and personable. My favorite art media are watercolor and acrylics. Occasionally I enjoy charcoal or pencil drawing. Sometimes I undertake gouache and tempera painting.

I find myself forever fascinated with the Art Nouveau period and its representatives: Alfonse Mucha, Czechoslovakia; Antonio Gaudi, Spain; Aubrey Beardsley, England. However, no less important in my creative endeavors is the influence of the Old Masters, i.e. Durer, Titian, Boticcelli. I believe in the nature's harmony and grace of a detail, in the peaceful beauty of a sunlit rosebud, in the inspiring power of a woman's shoulderline.

Beauty is the main reason and purpose for my art. I spare no obstacle in both challenging and expressing the power and mystery of beauty.
