Finger Monkeys
Every image has been processed to produce the highest quality, clarity, and resolution I am capable of producing with my laptop computer. I am primarily limited by the resolution of the image I have to work with. Due to multiple health complications and medical expenses, I cannot afford an expensive camera at this point. I do not have access to high powered, cutting edge computer equipment and expensive cutting edge software. These images are the highest quality I can produce. With that being said I feel these images are quality art and at a very reasonable price. Anybody that gets bent out of shape over this full resolution preview has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and needs to see their psychiatrist! If you want something more sophisticated you will have to shop around. Perhaps you may prefer original paintings that go for $5,000.00 - $25,000.00. Or more sophisticated photos taken with a $7,000.00 camera that go for $10,000.00. I have several satisfied customers with realistic expectations and they have never mentioned any problem with full resolution imaging. I would like to get a high resolution camera for my art, but that is just not possible at this point. If it comes within my reach in the next 2 - 5 years, I will go for it. Thank you for your interest in my art. They are also known as the 'Pygmy Marmoset', ‘Pocket Monkey’, and ‘Tiny Lion’. These adorable tiny primates belong to the family Callitrichidae, species Cebuella and genus C. pygmaea. Finger monkeys are found in the slightly hilly forested terrains of the Amazon Rainforest and are native to the rain-forests of Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Colombia. They may be rare and unique in other parts of the world, but they are living in large numbers in the Amazon Rainforest and are not considered an endangered species. These monkeys cost about $1,500 - $8,000 each. All of the images here are of baby finger monkeys. The adults are generally 13 to 14 inches long. They require a lot of training beginning as babies to be a suitable pet, preferably by the owner. They are not recommended as pets to most pet owners. They may relieve themselves of urine or bowel on you during handling. The easiest and most cost effective way to keep a finger monkey is by owning one of these fine art images.
