For me, art has evolved into a means of examining and processing the world, which produces a tangible artifact from that experience. That artifact then becomes a part of the world which others may interact with. The hoped for result is a thing that is at the same time, aesthetically pleasing, intellectually stimulating, emotionally captivating, artistically innovative, spiritually provocative and monetarily motivating. I wonder if I will ever achieve this great, harmonious goal?

I have been making images for most of my life; much of it defined by that pursuit. I began self-taught, then progressed through a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree and a Master's of Fine Arts degree. My work has been shown in numerous art galleries and exhibitions in the USA.

My work incorporates a wide variety of styles and influences, and utilizes a variety of media. Hopefully, all of these elements have begun to coalesce into a form and a style that is uniquely my own.
