My artistic work is as an expressive self-portrait painter. Even though my subjects look nothing like me, my work is a form of documentation and journal painting, a study of human behavior. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I majored in Fine Arts at Brooklyn College, and eventually found myself living and working in Los Angeles.
