Steed Edwards

International traveler and visionary artist, Steed was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV, from Italian and Swedish heritage. Steed often hiked through the rich nature of the deserts, mountains and forests. He was fascinated by the many Native American tribes in Arizona, the Hopi, Apache, Mohave, Navaho, Puebloan Peoples, etc. Fascinated by Native American spirituality and shamanism, Steed still incorporates some of that into his works to this day. After high school, Steed moved to California, where he graduated from The University of Southern California with a degree in Psychology. Steed has since enjoyed many years of coastal living in South Florida and Southern California, exhibiting his works in both areas.

Steed's art is influenced by his worldly explorations on land and in the ocean- swimming, snorkeling and Scuba diving. These experiences are combined with his fascination with cultural religions, spirituality and mythos, as well as his general curiosity and imagination for energies, quantum physics and the hidden/unseen in general.

Currently residing in Redondo Beach, philanthropist, Steed Edwards continues to work on his Master's In Marital and Family Therapy, with an Art Therapy specialization, Steed creates captivating fantasy images, works featuring his talent in Quantum Physics, terrestrial scenes and undersea scapes, which have been exhibited in galleries across the U.S. and in private collections. Additionally, Steed has created many commissioned pieces for clients focusing on their spiritual, psychological and/or social needs.
