Simone’s art work is a series of compositions created to reflect and express the parts of the Self that are invisible. Each piece is a complex sum of intricate lines and patterns which mirror the integration of inner and outer worlds. For Simone, creating these art works represents the integration of the many aspects of her consciousness into a transformative beauty and cohesive whole.
This integration is the play of the lightness of the soul with the dense aspects of physical life. Simone’s deepest intention is to illumine the threads of our common humanity. Her primary medium is ink on paper.
Simone Alexandrino was born and raised in Brazil. Her fascination with communication and creative expression led her to earn a degree in Communication from the University of Uberaba, Brazil and her Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Her education enhances her ability to express her authentic self by letting the energy flow freely through her onto her patterns and lines.
