Sandy Molinaro was born in Chicago. She moved to Maryland initially in 1959 and then resided in several east coast states but always called Maryland home.
'I picked up a 35mm SLR about 35 years ago when my first child was born. It was a natural transition from family and vacation photos to nature and landscape photos. Over the years I have taken photography courses ( both film and digital ) offered at independent photo shops as well as at local colleges.
