Sandy Molinaro was born in Chicago. She moved to Maryland initially in 1959 and then resided in several east coast states but always called Maryland home.
'I picked up a 35mm SLR about 35 years ago when my first child was born. It was a natural transition from family and vacation photos to nature and landscape photos. Over the years I have taken photography courses ( both film and digital ) offered at independent photo shops as well as at local colleges. Printing black and white photos was challenging and gratifying. Editing digital photography is also enjoyable.
Living in different regions of the United States taught Sandy that every place is interesting and beautiful.
Home helps me appreciate traveling and traveling helps me appreciate home.'
