Recesky - Pin Hole Camera
I saw this lovely little plastic kit by Recesky to build my own twin lens reflex (TLR) style camera that uses 35mm film. It took about 90 minutes in total to make, with help from a translated instruction manual on the "interweb", and I have started experimenting with this. So far I love the effect of the plastic lens system, although it takes a bit of getting used to focusing (such that it is) through the top lens and taking the shot with the bottom one since parallax is a bit of a problem on close up shots. Also the tiny sight "glass" is not very bright and it is fun trying to use a mirror image to compose a shot. Anyhow - so far I am pleased with the results of this truly analog device!
