Rebecca Brand is a French Impressionist artist living in Santa Barbara, California. Rebecca has taught art for 20 years, shown in galleries all over California, and paints private commissions. Rebecca was invited to paint privately in Claude Monet's garden in Giverny, France while she participated in the acclaimed Art Study Giverny.
