ART FROM THE SOUL


** Power of my paintings**

As you can read in the Statement, my paintings are spiritual.

I just listen, feel and lend my hand, but it is not actually me doing them, they come from Spirit.

Sometimes I wonder how something could have come out that way, as I wouldn't have had any idea or been able to do it.

And as such, I believe they carry high vibrational energy.

Sometimes, when I do not feel well, I just stay in their presence and allow them to heal, it is something like energy transmission.

And I believe they have their own consciousness, a high one. They know much more than I could even imagine. And I just bow to their love and wisdom.

** Artist Statement **

I love to paint.

My art comes from 'somewhere else', from that place where everything is possible, from the place of infinite possibilities.

When I begin a painting I do not know what is going to come out; if I try to control it with the mind it blocks the flow of intuition, of inspiration, of creativity, of Spirit; I need to completely surrender my hand to Spirit; or if I have somewhat an idea, I need to let go of the how it is going to manifest.

This quote from Eckhart Tolle describes the concept perfectly: ‘I am the hole on the flute that Gods breath flows through.’ This is what painting is to me. It is surrendering to Spirit, being a tool and allowing whatever message from the soul to emerge. It is letting go of the ego which wants to control, to judge, it is trusting the process.

I believe art can help bring about healing on many levels: in the heart, in the soul, in the subconscious, in the human family and for our planet; as art can help people relax and let go of the subconscious ego-resistance, we allow healing to take place - let go and let God.

But being my paintings spiritual, I believe they can bring about also another kind of healing, as it is explained here.

On the paintings there is often one or more quotes and they can also help people think differently, learn new things, shift their consciousness. As we heal and shift our consciousness, not only we can bring about a positive change in our own life, but we contribute to co-create a change in the world.

One of my art project to help bring about healing in the human family is called 'You Are Infinitely Precious'. And my paintings are also a sanctuary for me as they keep me aligned with Source, which is extremely precious for me.


** Artist Bio **

Piercarla Garusi, born in Italy, originally a Doctor in Mathematics, is a self-taught artist. Her paintings are spiritual, they are messages from the soul to help bring about healing and a shift in consciousness. She began painting a few years back after her experience in Taize', but in recent years her paintings have changed, becoming completely a tool for Spirit. Piercarla believes in the power of art to bring about healing and a positive change and is committed to help bring about healing in the human family, both with coaching and art - one of her art project is called 'You are infinitely precious'. She has contributed to a project for peace. She is also a professional certified coach, has studied NLP. hypnosis, is studying Release Technique, Access Consciousness.
