Hello , my name is Patricia Pye and I am interested in Art Writing Photography and Farming !
My own style of painting which is a cross between the pointillism style of Seurat and my pen and ink work , which has been likened (by others) to Lowry. Impressionist I guess is the closet you would liken it to. I have an eclectic taste in my work so if you do not see anything you like this time, do come back as you may well do next time !
I live in the south of North Island in New Zealand. I am currently also writing and illustrating my first children's story book, my own biography and a romance set in the south west country of England.
I live on a farm and I have lots of animals, pets, cattle, sheep, chickens. I take my camera with me almost always and daily photograph images to sell on FAA or to paint and reproduce. I prefer to work my art from my own imagination or from my own photography though is is not always the case, it is the majority of the time.
Either way even if you choose not to buy my work , I hope you get some pleasure from seeing it.
