Nives Missoni was born in 1961 in Zagreb, Croatia, where she graduated from the Applied Arts school, painting major, and then from the Academy of Fine Arts, education major. She was taught painting by Joseph Vasilije Jordan and Josip Bifel, life drawing by Zlatko Kauzlariæ Ataè. She took her degree in 1987 oh the theme called Green variations.
