I am originally from the Saskatchewan Prairies and I now live in the Kingston Ontario region.
With the growth and popularity of the internet, it gives me a chance to share some of my work with people from different parts of the world. Your comments and suggestions are welcome as this will help me improve my photography.
Iíve been interested in photography most of my adult life and have taken photography classes through the years to improve my product. A few years ago, when I upgraded to a better digital SLR, I had my previous DSLR converted to infra-red photography. This opens up another style of photos where green leaves and grass become almost white. It gives a bit of a surreal effect to the photo.
I have been a member of the Kingston Photographic Club for many years. During that time, I have finished in the top three in club competitions a few times. I am also a member of the Canadian Association of Photographic Art (CAPA) though I have not yet entered any of their competitions.
I enjoy taking photos of my natural environment and I hope you enjoy looking at my photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.
