Mitchell Lowther

I graduated from Coker College with a B.A. in Graphic Design in 1999.
My favorite mediums are colored pencils and rich, black ink pens. I enjoy using lots of vivid colors and have a talent (I've been told) for being able to render textures and color in a very realistic and appealing manner.

Once I graduated, I entered the I.T. workforce and enjoyed many years in my career. My work carried me all over the Southeastern US-- from the Low Country of South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and North Carolina up to the Berkshires in Massachusetts. I love to sketch, draw and paint. I like to review art from other artists and study techniques that will help me to improve my own efforts and help others.

*Eventually, I will be selling my portfolio pieces via the FineArtAmerica.com website, but for now all items are marked 'Not For Sale' until I finish my profile and upload a decent amount of pieces. At this moment all pieces are in JPEG format as only digital work is posted. It is a very small fraction of my portfolio. Should you need to use one of these pictures, just contact me and we'll work something out. I doubt there would even be a charge as long as I'm credited.
