Old jail cells, lost and forgotten cars, rusty old junk that's too precious to toss. These kinds of things can actually be fascinating, partly because they are still standing despite being held together by dust. Old abandoned things often have an out of this world feel, sort of surreal where new meets old, or new meets apocalyptic future. Paint barely hanging on, plaster fallen off, brick crumbling, metal flaking, I think it's just neat to look at.
